REGISTRATION DEADLINES
Junior Auditions – Registration Deadline: Friday, November 14
This is also the deadline for time requests, video audition requests, and accommodations requests.
Junior Auditions – Late Registration Deadline: Friday, November 21
This is also the deadline to cancel registered auditions. Additional fees apply for late registrations.
Junior Festival – Registration Deadline: Monday, December 15

AUDITION REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Each auditioning student must complete a Student Endorsement Form. Students should turn in their Endorsement Forms to you, and you must bring them to auditions.

Log in to Avenir. Each school has only one Avenir account for all ensembles and directors. If your school registered students last year, your login credentials should be the same. If you are new to Avenir, please email Kirsten Peirce for your login credentials: wdauditions.kpeirce@gmail.com

In the menubar, click "Modify Contact Information". Each director registering students must be listed under "Directors". If you are already listed, click on your name to update your NAfME membership expiration date.

In the menubar, click "Festivals" and choose either "Senior Festival" or "Junior Festival" to add your students. After adding students, you can click a student’s name to modify their information or delete that student. Note: Avenir may show an audition time in the top left corner of this page. Please ignore it, as audition times will be assigned after the registration period closes.

Once all students have been registered, click "Principal Form" to generate the Principal Form / Invoice. Have your Principal sign it, make a copy, and submit the invoice to your school’s office for payment. You must bring a copy of this form to the auditions. Payment may be brought in or mailed in advance.
Walk-in auditions accepted until 9:00am. Director endorsement required.
FESTIVAL REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Log in to Avenir.

In the menubar, click “Festivals” and choose either "Senior Festival" or "Junior Festival" to view your accepted students.

Click the checkbox next to each student's name to register them for the festival.

Once all students have been registered, click “Principal Form” to generate the Principal Form / Invoice. Have your Principal sign it, make a copy, and submit the invoice to your school’s office for payment. You must bring a copy of this form to the first festival rehearsal. Payment may be brought in or mailed in advance.
