​Students should not reveal their name or school to adjudicators and should avoid clothing with identifying names or logos.

Each school’s assigned audition time is the first audition slot for that school. All students should arrive together at least 30 minutes early, except those with approved individual time requests. Students cannot check in on their own; directors must arrive before their students.

At check-in, directors must submit the Principal Form, all Student Endorsement Forms, and payment.

Directors will receive a school folder with audition tickets for each student. Students will hand these tickets to the adjudicator when entering the audition room.

After all auditions are complete, directors must check out and return their school folder with any unused audition tickets.
