The purpose of the MMEA Western District Music Education Scholarship is to assist students in meeting the cost of attending an accredited four-year college in preparation for a career in music education. In order to be eligible for this scholarship, students must be entering into a music education program at an accredited college or university in the fall.

The application for the 2025-2026 school year will be posted in January 2026.
